Sometimes our text just can't say everything so here's a few straight-up answers to help you understand Paprwork better:
Yes, Paprwork includes a Documents area for all the documents you've ever created or exported. Make sure to use the 'Save' button to ensure it's there and feel free to contact Support if it's not.
We're working on this now! For the moment, if you are on a Pro Plan or an Organisation License, we have a team that will upload Templates from your existing paperwork now. This means they'll be loaded in your account and you may edit them from there.
At the moment, we are finalising photo support with video embedding set for a later version in 2020.
You can type "type:" into any document and search Snippets by their Category. So for example, if you have many supplements (breakfast, lunch, dinner), each would be a name and the Type would always be 'Supplements' and you'd type "type: Supplements" to select available text to fill.
We take automatic payments by using Stripe as a payment provider. This means you can use Visa, Mastercard, and other forms as regionally accepted by Stripe. Payments are deducted monthly or yearly and can be canceled anytime via email.
At the moment, we only provide PDF export capabilities. If you are on a Pro Plan or Organisation License, we can potentially customise export formats for you.
